KBM Prelim 1: Results 79-84

Beware of the man smiling nicely at you

And another guy who just happens to rip through this competition like it was nothing enters the arena. At 253, Takasugi Shinsuke from Gintama of Group 80 easily tackles through his competition, being the only one to make it past 200. With a number like that, Shinsuke should easily be able to breeze through his next batch of competition and move onto the next round. The second highest vote count is Natsu Dragneel from FAIRY TAIL of Group 79, who get the score of 158. I believe this is the largest gap in terms of vote displacement between first and second, beating Izaya and Kudo’s difference by three votes. However, while vote difference can say a lot of things, vote accumulation can also provide just enough data. I am pretty sure I am going to see Shinsuke at the main rounds, but I am not too certain in the case of Natsu. Guys of his range are going to have a pretty hard time trying to accumulate some strength if they wish to move onto the next round. The same message can be applied to Usopp from ONE PIECE of Group 82, and Mephisto Pheles from Blue Exorcist of Group 81, who have an even lesser chance of possibly passing to the next round and into the main tournament. The competition is only going to get that much tougher as the first prelims start to close.

Just two more voting days to go, and the first preliminaries will be ending momentarily. It seemed as if it was yesterday that KBM just started to kick off. I do admit that it felt dragon on in the middle, but, even then, how time flies as one continues to see how this is going. I have seen much happen, from roller coaster numbers to having my favorite characters not making it to the next round. Even then, I still maintain a smile on my face and live with what I already have who are going to the next round. A proper and full description of my thoughts and personal opinions as well as poor statics and prediction will be provided later after the rounds are completed and everything is said and done.
